Portfolio HR & Reward are excited to be working with our fantastic professional services client in the heart of Manchester City Centre to recruit an experienced Benefits professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up into a supervisory role within a company that will support your transition into a team leader.

* Day to day support of the benefits administrators, and the operation of the flexible benefits for the UK
* Point of reference for benefits & pension queries
* Review, design and maintain benefit communications
* Responsibility of the benefits renewal cycle and management of 3rd party suppliers
* Management of the internal benefits system
* Production of EMEA benefits analysis and delivery to the business
* Delivery of training across the HR team, to advise and manage employee benefit related queries and equip the internal teams with the advise and guidance needed.


* Experience of UK benefits, the ability to analyse large data sets
* Knowledge of international benefits would be an advantage but not essential
* Ability to manage and develop relationships
* Project management experience and excellent organisational skills
