Portfolio HR is currently recruiting for a Compensation Analyst to join a technology business based in central London on a 12 month fixed term basis. This is a FTSE 250 business with a large global HR team. Candidates must have strong analytical compensation skills, this position is reporting into Reward Manager and the Director of compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for salary benchmarking activities, including vacancy matching, evaluation, specific market pricings and market salary surveys.
* Contribute in the planning and execution of the annual reward cycle activities, including pay review and year-end bonus awards, this is to provide proactive and timely support and by influential issues
* Analyse and evaluate large groups of data, prepare and run reports, and initiate best practice research looking out for market trends and to make recommendations
* Contribute to the analysis of current structures, policies and processes and in the design and implementation of new structures
* Work alongside finance and the business on the management of the company’s sales incentive scheme
* Provide guidance and advice on compensation related queries, speaking directly to stakeholders on policies, processes and initiatives and ensure excellent customer service
* Work collaboratively within the reward team, providing back up and support on all areas of reward as required

Skills:

* Excellent MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills
* Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities to provide a high level of prompt and effective customer service in a fast-paced team environment
* A “can-do” attitude, flexible and pro-active
* Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage sensitive & confidential issues discretely
* Good attention to detail
* Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience of working in an international corporation
