We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor, specialising in Employee relations for our Nationwide client, there is flexibility for this role to be based from their offices around the UK and will be some travel involved regionally. Our client is a true market leader in their fields. This role will be advising on complex ER issues, and we are looking for experience within a shared services environment. Supporting site managers, and the wider employee population in areas of discrimination, and varying complexities of cases for the northern region of the business. This role will provide pivotal Employee representation and advice to managers and will be supported by a wider Business partner population. The role will be the Northern representative for all area of employee relations.
Providing Comprehensive employee relations support and dealing first hand with some of the most complex case work.
Supporting managers with comprehensive and commercially sound advice.
Covering the northern employee population in terms of employee relations advice
Managing circa 30 cases at any one time
Feeding into all areas of the business to provide policy support across this national company
Managing all areas of TUPE, Redundancy and strategic plans
Developing incentives and initiatives to support managers across the ER piece
Implementing policies and procedures and support the managers and stakeholders in driving change
Experienced Employee relations advisor
Shared services experience
Experienced employee relations professional with expert knowledge in legislation
Ability to support the business with disciplinery and grievance of varying complexities
Experienced with complex HR Queries
