Our client based in the heart of Manchester is currently recruiting for a hands on Head of Recruitment, managing an internal recruitment team of 5 with a U.K and ROI remit this role is fully operational and hands on with one eye on the strategic working within an established internal recruitment function with a focus on sales recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast paced environment of a busy sales recruitment environment whilst also having full responsibility for the performance and key deliverables of the team.
Reporting directly into the head of sales with a dotted line into the CEO this is a Head of Recruitment role that promises autonomy and an established team with a wealth of knowledge to the business but also with a attitude accepting to change.

Reporting directly into the group sales director, reporting on key metrics on time to hire, performancemanagement and fulfilment rates
Completing skype based interviews, post initial screening and working to targets
Managing a team of Talent business partners to ensure that volumes are delivered to the business
Responsibility for the management of the recruitment budget across the UK and ROI business
Adherence to key KPI’s and the ability to drive across the team
Sales or volume recruitment experience within a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to manage stakeholders with the innate ability to influence change and drive initiatives
Organised and effective planning and the ability to train and mentor the internal recruitment personnel]
Ability to identify areas for improvement and team development
