Portfolio HR & Reward are working with one of the largest home construction companies in the UK, in the search to find an experienced HR Administrator to support them on a 9 month FTC.

This is a hybrid role based in High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of Contracts/Offers, Right to Work checks, administering

screening process, probation letters, leaver process

* Supporting BP’s with minute taking, absence reporting
* Company Dashboard updates for the SLT
* Admin support for Head of HR Operations
* Meeting arrangements for CEO, Company Town Halls and Team

meetings

* Assisting Business Partners with arranging interviews and collating

feedback

* Liaising with IT and Procurement to arrange IT equipment and

Company vehicles for new hires
