Portfolio is currently working with a Hertfordshire based charity who are looking for a HR Administrator to start ASAP. This is a 10 Month FTC role and it is based in St Albans Paying up to £17000
-Manage the HR email inboxes, responding to enquiries and referring issues for HR advice, as required.
-Payroll administration on a monthly basis, including collating documents
-Enter data within set deadlines and accurately for staff onto the HR database such as changes in salary, hours, job title
-Compile relevant HR letters such as flexible working, changes, absence, maternity, paternity etc
-Compile absence management data to managers on a monthly basis.
-Create and maintain HR records including manual and electronic filing systems, including employee records, new starters, leavers etc.
-Organise and coordinate staff meetings, away days, group training and other meetings and events.
-Minute taking for relevant meetings.Compile the appraisal forms, assisting with internal communications, ensuring documentation is completed and collating information for HR reports.
-General administration including processing invoices, scanning, photocopying, filing, updating documents.
-Training administration including arranging courses, pre-training and post-training assessments, record-keeping and monitoring training needs via performance management processes.
-To provide general administration support to the HR department as required including filing, telephone answering, scanning, photocopying and emails.
-Maintain and update electronic and hard copy personnel records including absence, holidays, starters and leavers, benefits and equality and diversity.
