We are currently recruiting a temporary HR Administrator for a well known retail brand located on Oxford Street, London.

Outline of duties

The role is a Travel Retail HR Administrator. Travel Retail essentially refers to our airport staff.

The key responsibilities of this role will include (but this may not be an exhaustive list):

1 To act as the main Signatory for the company in supporting the transfer of employee airport passes from World Duffy to LVMH
2 Liaise with the Heathrow ID Centre and third party reference provider at each stage of the pass transfer process
3 Act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to pass transfers and procedure
4 Attend and complete the Heathrow Airport security training
5 Hold employee security interviews with new and existing employees where required
6 Take sole responsibility for authorising and submitting airport pass transfers with the Heathrow ID centre, including proofing references and background checks
7 Day to day completion of administrative tasks, including saving relevant documents in employee files and ensuring adherence to GDPR legislation and confidentiality
