Our client is looking for HR Administrator to join the team.

Duties will include:

* Provide admin support for the employee life cycle including preparing new starters contracts and offer packs, pre-employment screening, job changes, leaver paperwork, processing references and general HR queries
* Maintaining employee records including the HR system and employee files
* Provide resourcing support as and when needed by the wider HR Team including arranging interviews, placing job adverts, assisting with screening, liaising with key stakeholders
* Support payroll and benefits process as and when required, including updating and checking payroll related information and maintaining benefits membership lists
* Provide guidance to employees on using self-service portal, HR policies and responding to queries

Skills required:

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages with a minimum of Intermediate Excel
* A high level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The flexibility and willingness to learn
* The ability to work as part of a team, share information and best practice
* The ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail
* The ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
