Our market leading manufacturing client based in Bradford are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team to provide generalist HR support on a part-time basis.

The HR Advisor will report into the Head of HR and Operations Director and will be responsible for the following:

* Being the first point of call for any HR queries/questions on site
* Managing recruitment and resourcing activity for all operational roles within the business, including supporting managers with the attraction, selection and retention of talent
* Providing practical HR advice to managers on day to day operational matters such as HR policies, procedures, employee relations etc.
* Conducting all company inductions for new starters and ensuring the delivery of technical training for all employees to ensure compliance
* Implementing HR systems and processes which support the delivery of business strategy and goals
* Monitoring and reporting on all key people metrics (such as absence, turnover, structure charts) to identify any problem areas and to highlight areas for improvement
* Managing third party relationships with recruitment agencies, occupational health etc.
* Recording, updating and maintaining all HR data to ensure accurate and timely records are in place
* Support development of strong communication and feedback channels to support high levels of employee engagement

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you are a confident HR professional who is experienced in a HR Advisor position, ideally in a stand-alone role, as well meeting the following criteria:

* CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above, those currently working towards their CIPD qualification will also be considered
* Experience of working manufacturing environment is strongly desirable
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to adapt conversational style and communicate at all levels within the business
* An achiever who sets standards high, has initiative, challenges the status quo and is constantly seeking improvement
* An ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is as strong team player and pro-active in their approach
* A resilient character who is comfortable working in a changing environment
* Highly organised and detail conscious, with the ability to handle high work volumes in a calm manner
