Portfolio HR & Reward are recruiting for a well-established and reputable accounting firm based in North London who are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their growing team.
As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1 Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
2 Advising management and employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
3 Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
4 Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5 Conducting investigations into employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinary issues, following appropriate procedures.
6 Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
