We are working with a Global client on a new created position for a HR Advisor and Diversity Inclusion specialist to help drive employee engagement by driving forward the diversity and inclusion strategy.

This role with be a mix of both Strong HR Advisory elements and taking ownership for supporting programmes to enhance staff engagement and commit to Diversity & Inclusion.

Responsibilities

* Acting as a change agent to drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at a strategic level through strong partnerships across the business

* Preparing, analysing and reporting information around inclusion trends, areas of opportunity

* Actively develop relationships with external partners, including diversity related organisations

* Working closely with colleagues in HR, Learning and Development and Communications to manage and develop diversity and inclusion training programmes and engage staff

* Driving and monitoring improved levels of employee engagement within the practice

* Providing leadership and consultancy to support the establishment and management of staff diversity networks

* Provide advice to HR Advisors/managers/employees and ensure global mobility processes and policy is followed

* Develop strong relationships within the business, including payroll and finance teams

* Become policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing as part of the team culture within global mobility

* Provide a comprehensive advisory and support service to Head of HR, members of the HR Department, managers and employees

* Recruitment – Provide an efficient and effective recruitment service including sourcing, interview support/coaching, supplier management etc

* Contracts Oversee the production of contracts and agreements to ensure they are legally compliant and service organisational requirements. Advise on salaries and reward packages in conjunction with F+P policy

* Starters Take induction, verify required documentation including qualifications and right to work

* Employee Relations Managing absence and sickness. Manage ER issues such as reorganisations, redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances. Ensure Head of HR is updated on all contentious issues

Qualities, skills and experience required

* A track record of designing and delivering successful diversity and inclusion programmes, aligned to business objectives and taking them all the way through to delivery in a corporate environment
* Comprehensive working knowledge of regulations, legislation and good practice relating to diversity and inclusion
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels including peers and senior directors
* A strong collaborator with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups
* Demonstrated change management skills and ability to adapt to change in a complex corporate environment
* Excellent project leadership and project management skills with the ability to interrogate and analyse data
