Must Have experience with DB & DC Schemes!


* Demonstrable pensions and benefits experience, with broad knowledge of compensation and recognition schemes
* Current knowledge of best practice in reward and benefits
* Experience of pay benchmarking, job evaluation systems, career frameworks Desirable
* Familiarity with LTIPs, HRIS, benefits portals


* Highly numerate and analytical
* Highly developed Excel proficiency -advanced user
* Excellent prioritisation skills and able to manage challenging deadlines
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to present reasoned/credible arguments both verbally and in writing
* Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to analyse data and highlight any issues
* Strong time management/personal organisational skills
* Project management skills
* Collegiate, with developed teamwork skills
