Portfolio HR & Reward are working with an award-winning and established food and beverage company looking for an experienced People Business Partner to assist the Head of People in implementing the strategic side of the HR function.
This is overall a remote position but would be needed in sites around the UK when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with driving the talent, organisation design, change, reward, employee relations, performance and engagement of the company
* Help develop and deliver the people strategy for each area of HR
* Contribute to key interviews in highly regarded vacancies
* Passionate and contribute to the Diversity and Inclusion meetings on a regular basis
* Maintain a professional and responsible attitude at all times.
* Work as part of a busy team.
* Attend departmental or office team meetings.
* Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team
Job Requirements:
* Broad knowledge and understanding of complex HR duties, including ER, change and talent
* Able to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
* Able to implement the strategic side of the HR function
* Strong influencing and coaching skills
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* MS Office knowledge and experience.
* Level 5 CIPD (desired)
