Job Summary:

An energetic and experienced HR business collaborates to build trusted relationship and partner with Divisional Managing Director, Regional Managing Directors and their business units to provide proactive and comprehensive people solutions in line with the HR strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the development and delivery of business plans by influencing the regional and business unit people agenda and through the delivery of a full range of HR topics, which include talent, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement and performance management. This role will also be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of HR activities including effective case management and proactive day-to-day guidance on employee related matters. Working with the Head of HR and centres of expertise, the post holder will also be expected to contribute towards projects and initiatives across the group and company- wide to deliver the HR strategy. You will be very proficient in using IT systems including excel, Microsoft office and be data driven with a strength in using people analytics to identify trends which inform and influence your decision making. You will need to operate with commercial and pragmatic acumen and be comfortable working with multiple priorities at pace.

This is a field-based role and will require the post holder to travel within their geographical region with travel to head office and any other business units to attend meetings when required.

* Must have worked in a decentralised workplace. I.e. need to have worked in an environment where they had the authority to make decisions.
* Retail Background
* High volumes of ER – deal with 10 + cases a week
* Succession Planning
* Talent Mapping
* Line Manager coaching capability
* Case Manager experience
* Someone that can drive and take ownership
