My client is a market leader in their field. They are seeking a committed HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running with an exciting opportunity to make their stamp on the business.

NHS experience is essential.

Full UK Driving License required as you will be travelling across sites.


* To support the HR Centre with specific projects, e.g. Service Redesign and Organisational Change
* Principal duties to include:
* Operational Responsibility
* To provide professional advice and support to managers on matters relating to disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management issues and liaise with Trade Union Representatives as necessary. This includes attending meetings/hearings and advising on the process and outcome.
* To assist the Head of HR and the Human Resources team by undertaking proactive and reactive operational HR casework under the direction and guidance of the Head of HR. To ensure that all activity is properly recorded and monitored for equal opportunities purposes.
* The range of casework will include:

* Disciplinary Cases/Conduct assisting with investigations as appropriate
