Portfolio HR & Reward is currently working with a large commercial FMCG business based out in West London. We are looking for a HR administrator to work in a large HR environment. Candidates must speak both French and Dutch or Flemish to be right for this role. The position will be sat working with the European team that would require a language savvy employee to translate any miscellaneous documents and handle HR/administration queries in these languages.
* Acts as first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of employee and line manager enquiries. Escalate call queries if needed via phone, email or live chat.
* Responsible for logging all queries and requests on case management system and update system, as required.
* Work with the Team Leader and other HR Administrators to ensure the relevant documents are updated, available and used within the team.
* Process contracts, handle HR queries, liaising with senior HR for any on-going cases.
* Note take on employee related cases in the disciplinary, grievances, sickness and lateness
* Able to process administrative duties within set SLA’s around speed, accuracy and quality Ensures client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information.
* Strong English language experience (Written and Verbal)
* Dutch and French, Flemish Language experience (Desirable)
* CIPD Qualified/ Degree level Equivalents
* Organised and interpersonal skills
