We are currently recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company located in Victoria, London who are looking for two HR Data Analysts to join their growing team.

Main Purpose

This role will lead and support on a number of critical HR projects across Talent, Performance, Learning, Organisation and Culture. It is an interim position with the potential to transition to a permanent role in the future.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales growth and OD/OE project

* Organisation design and efficiency review to ensure our Sales function is working optimally to drive growth
* Capability building interventions to upskill where it matters
* Implementation of Sales recruitment hiring process
* Utilisation of people analytics to drive improved performance

Culture and Engagement

* As part of our overall plan to drive our culture and embed our values of Performance, Care and Passion, turning our employer brand into an employee value proposition for existing staff, and defining how we leverage this to drive engagement

Support the design and implementation of a company-wide Learning plan

* Identify and implement appropriate Learning platform

OD/OE review using people analytics to uncover opportunities for our client to operate more effectively

Skills and Experience

* Depth of experience in the organisation/learning area of expertise, either in-house or a consultancy background
* Project management expertise
* People analytics experience is desirable
* Ability to network internally and externally in order to understand trends, themes, issues to be addressed and best practice
* Natural ability to work with external partners and create long lasting partnership relationships with them
* Thrives in a fast paced uncertain environment, able to work fast, iterate, and adapt
