We are currently working with our globally renowned client to recruit an experienced HR Systems Manager to Manage the Global HRIS, an exciting opportunity to be involved with the continued development and implementation of the HRIS. An exciting opportunity to be involved in a critical and exciting project in organisational design.
Key responsibilities:
* 3rd party stakeholder management
* Employee relations and query management across the business
* Understanding the various business units and the interaction between systems and functionality
* Driving change throughout the business
* Internal Stakeholder management
The candidate:
* Generalist HR experience, system implementation experience
* Experience of working within a large global organisation, Oracle experience desired but not essential
* Ability to drive change and influence internal stakeholders
* Process re-design and implementation
* Ability to work under pressure
