My client is a market leader in their field who are currently embarking on a number of exciting projects.
This role is perfect for an experienced Hr Business Partner who wants to place their stamp on a fantastic business and can hit the ground running with an exciting opportunity to make a difference in post-COVID-19 return to work plans.
Our client requires a minimum CIPD level 5 qualification.
* To support the HR Centre with specific projects, e.g. Post-COVID-19 return to work, TUPE, Recruitment overhaul, Service Redesign and Organisational Change
* Principal duties to include:
* Operational Responsibility
* To provide professional advice and support to managers on matters relating to disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance management issues and liaise with Trade Union Representatives as necessary. This includes attending meetings/hearings and advising on the process and outcome.
* To assist the Hr Manager and the Human Resources team by undertaking proactive and reactive operational HR casework under the direction and guidance of the Hr Manager To ensure that all activity is properly recorded and monitored for equal opportunities purposes.
* The range of casework will include:
