My client is a charitable organisation who are going through an exciting period of change. You will be leading the process and ensuring the organisation goes through a smooth transition!

We are for someone who has experience of guiding an organisation through change whether the change is related to the post-Covid return to work plans, system implementation, or new policies and procedures.

Your new role will initially be working from home but in the nearby future once deemed safe and along with the governments roadmap guidance, this role will be office based. Working from home arrangements and flexibility will still remain however!

This role will support the implementation of a new HRIS.

Day to day team management and investment into the team of 6 direct reports.

You will provide leadership and guidance on complex employee relations cases.

Maintain retention strategies and continues improvement on performance management.

Liaise with managers across the business on all people and development matters.
