My client is looking for a Learning & Development Trainer Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Management, the role will support all aspects of Learning and Development. Working closely with our operational business units, to build a deep understanding of their learning requirements. Key Accountabilities:
* Attend and co facilitate assessment centre days
* Working with the Head of Talent Management
* Responsible for all Apprentices
* Act as the main point of contact for all training queries throughout the organisation
* Maintain the company’s Corporate Induction programme
* Proactively seek new innovative ways to support training delivery, both remotely and face to face
* Facilitation of Leadership programmes
* Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures and provide monthly analytical reports Personal Specification
* Ability to build strong relations with stakeholders and work collaboratively throughout the business
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a HR/Learning & Development role
* CIPD Level 5 would be an advantage
* Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS teams
