Due to growth in the business our client is looking for a Part Time HR & Payroll Administrator to join the team on a 12mth FTC to start ASAP.
This is a part time role and ideally looking for to work any 3 days a week 9am – 5.30pm, however they will also look at 5 half days. Its 22.5hrs per week
Working in a team of 6 you will be assisting the HR team with the following:
* Maintain high levels of sensitivity to both confidential and contentious issues
* Dealing with administration of new starters and ensuring all relevant compliance is on file and up to date
* Assisting the HR team with recruitment coordination, arranging and setting up interviews
* Assisting the HR Manager in the preparation of new starters, leavers and changes to any terms and conditions of contracts
* Assisting the Payroll Officer with collating paperwork for payroll, i.e., timesheets etc
* Updating spreadsheets and collating reports for the HR & Payroll team
We are looking for an immediately available candidates with ideally no more that a 2 week notice.
You will have experience in working in a HR/Payroll environment
Have excellent attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
