We are looking for someone with a commercial focus,With experience of Financial modelling and highly analytical with advanced excel skills. Experience of working with Real time analytics and the ability to be able to financially forecast headcount in line with business neds and ehancing the client experience. This role will be working closely with the wider operations team to deliver and review the current strategy and making and implementing recommendations for the business. Delievery process improvements and recommendations to key business leaders with the support of the wider contact centre Op’s team.
* Responsible for producing staff forecasting requirements – both in numbers and finiacial planning
* Review BAU, propose and support on the implementation of effective work patterns to optimise business performance
* Ability to analyst large data sets and interpret data
* Monitor attrition and absence and work with key stakeholders in recruitment and retention
* Provide real time MI in relation to key forecasting and planning KPI’s
* Current experience of working in resource planning and forecasting
* Experienced in capacity planning and financial modelling
