Our international client based in Leeds are currently looking for an experienced Resourcing Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The Resourcing Partner will play a pivotal role in the recruitment team focussing on proactive and effective sourcing of high calibre candidates for high volume recruitment campaigns.

The Resourcing Partner will be a crucial member of the team by developing their understanding of the market and helping the organisation to expand their technological recruitment capability in a fast paced, changing environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced recruiter who has a strong interest in technology and virtual strategies and wants to help drive the business forward through the introduction of new and exciting initiatives that could transform the way the business recruits and attract the new generation of employees.

The Resourcing Partner will be responsible, but by no means limited to, the following duties:

* Speaking with suitable candidates, gaining a strong understanding of the market
* Building talent pools of suitable candidates for a variety of internal vacancies
* Candidate Management and building strong relationships with applicants ensuring that good communication and timely feedback is delivered throughout the recruitment process
* Building creative and innovative attraction strategies that make the business stand out from the competition
* Identifying and recommending new technologies, ideas and challenging the status quo in order to improve on their direct sourcing
* Support on internal efforts to reduce attrition

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience in Call/Contact Centre sectors in either a recruitment or resourcing position as well as the following:

* Proven experience of building effective talent pools
* A good understanding of the various recruitment channels, recruitment tools and technologies
* A strong communicator with the ability to influence decisions
* An enthusiastic, confident and passionate individual committed to sourcing high calibre candidates
* Someone who will challenge the status quo and suggest innovative ideas to transform the recruitment process
* Someone who understands millennials and how to attract them
* Target Driven – ability to work under pressure, working to seasonal peaks
* Ability to build a relationship with the operation and to understand the business, way of working etc. can contribute to strategy development
* Good time management
* Familiar with/expert on homeworking/virtual and/or remote working practices
* Understanding of virtual recruitment technologies & processes
* Thorough understanding of the key differences between sales and service skills/behaviours
* Demonstrable knowledge of the local/regional call centre market, competitors, salaries & benefits
* Understanding of the role of social media in attraction strategies
