Working with the wider HR and employee engagement team to deliver and review the current reward and benefits strategy whilst also making and implementing recommendations for the future proofing of the business ensuring complete employee engagement.

Job Overview

* Responsible for overseeing all matters related to pay and rewards
* Working within a highly analytical role, reviewing current and making key recommendations to the business
* Opportunity to be a part of a large salary benchmarking project working alongside the job evaluation teams
* Analytical and reward projects across the business
* Benefits administration and annual review
* Diversity and gender pay gap analysis, making recommendations and reporting back into the business


* Previous experience working in rewards role, particularly an analytical and project driven role
* Solid knowledge of Tax and NI regulations
* Knowledge of GDPR in regards to rewards and benefits
