Portfolio HR are exclusively representing the UKs leading outsourced business service provider in their search for an experienced Reward Manager.
This is a brand new role within the organisation implemented due to exceptional business growth and performance, so an amazing opportunity to put a personal mark on things and build a team.
As Reward Manager you will report into the Finance Director, be the subject matter expert for all compensation and benefits related activities as will be responsible for the following:
* Analyse all company data and management information in relation to compensation, benefits and reward
* Managing day to day queries around compensation and benefits across the Group
* Implementing reward processes that drive consistency and fairness
* Working closely with key departments within the organisation such as Payroll, Talent and HR to develop reward strategies aimed at attraction, motivation and retention of colleagues
* Carry out benchmarking exercises across the market to determine market averages. Analysing and manipulating the data where necessary
* Support the employee salary review process
* Support any key organisational projects, in relation to compensation and benefits
In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you have come from a fast paced, commercial environment in a similar reward or benefits related role. It is also essential that you have the following skills/attributes:
* Persuasive and influential communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels in the organisation up to and including Directors
* A strong understanding of all reward, compensation and benefits concepts with the ability to interpret data and trends
* An analytical thinker, who investigates into the finer detail and thinks outside the box
* A HR degree or qualification (CIPD) would be highly desirable
