We are working with an award winning International business who are looking to further strengthen their Payroll team with the addition of a Payroll Manager to focus on their Canadian Payrolls. Our client is a market leading business with exciting growth plans and massive investment. Part of a larger group of business's this is a role managing a small team of junior payrollers based in Canada. Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their busy team on a Permanent basis Duties include; * Processing high volume monthly payroll in a team from start to finish including EPS & FPS * Process Starters, Leavers and Contract Variations * Processing of manual payments for New Joiners * Processing payments for any overtime and Holidays * Extensive payroll knowledge for maternity, sick pay * Complete manual calculations for SMP & SSP, Gross to Net payments * Experienced with example pivots and V look ups * Completing routine payroll data entry on systems * Processing confidential data and applying updates * Ensuring the verification and validation of data * Ensuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of data * Investigating and resolving queries via reference to historical data * Investigating and resolving queries via telephone and email * Any other payroll administration duties You will have; * Strong previous payroll experience within a high volume and complex in-house payroll department * Able to process payrolls from start to finish including EPS & FPS & Bacs payments * Strong excel skills including lookups and pivot tables * Strong numeracy, analytical and interpretative skills * Ability to complete manual calculations * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and deliver to deadlines * Strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levels * The ability to recognise issues and deal with payroll queries If you have previous payroll experience within a busy high-volume environment and have all of the above, then please apply now INDPAYS

Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team Duties include; * Collating all information and documentation required for high volume fortnightly & monthly payroll processing within a team * Being the first point of contact for internal payroll queries * Processing data from Time & Attendance system and collating data * Processing starters and leavers admin and pension administration * Managing payroll email inbox and responding to relevant queries in a timely manner * Monitor and audit sickness reporting, maternity/paternity leave and other statutory leave entitlements * In conjunction with the Payroll Manager, review, edit/amend/approve timesheets and attendance records on the electronic timekeeping system * Collating data from multiple sites and building excellent working relationships with the managers * Supporting employee understanding of payslips and deductions and calculating future payments when required * Calculate statutory payments such as sickness, maternity, and paternity leave and, when required and calculate holiday balances manually * Dealing with payroll queries effectively You will have; * Previous experience in a high-volume payroll environment * Good computer literacy including MS Office, Excel and Time & Attendance systems * Essential to have used Northgate Resourcelink/Zellis previously * Strong excel skills - vlookups and pivot tables * Good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving * Good customer service skills, including verbal and written experience * Knowledgeable in UK payroll legislation * Able to complete manual calculations and deal with queries If you are looking for the next step in your career and have the above including used Northgate Resourcelink/Zellis for payroll processing, then please apply now INDPAY

Our client is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Administrator to join their busy team Duties include;Key responsibilities: * Accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, quarterly pay cycles * Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC * Maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes * Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required * Knowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll * Working in a team working with multiple clients payrolls * Processing payrolls from start to finish on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis * Dealing with client payroll and system queries * Processing SMP, SSP and any other stator payments * Setting up new PAYE schemes and liaising with the HMRC * Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls * Undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll team * Responsible for effectively communicating with clients, offices, HMRC and third-party providers * Make sure we are always giving our clients the best payroll service you will need to keep up to date with all payroll legislation and industry changes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The person will need to be able to hit the road running and ideally be confident in payroll transfers and end to end processing * Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines You will have; * Minimum of 3 years payroll experience work experience ideally within a bureau/practice environment * CIPP trained or qualified preferred * Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases * Experience of various pension providers * Ability to build relationships * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Self -motivated and able to work under minimal supervision * Excellent customer care skills If you have worked within a bureau or practise processing multiple clients payrolls previously then please apply now INDPAYS
