Role details:
This role will ensure that the HR systems meet our business and missional requirements and you will be involved in implementing new systems and processes and provide analytics to monitoring effectiveness therefore aptitude in tools such as SAP Business Intelligence and writing PowerBI reports would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance, development and monitoring of HRIS Systems to support the HR and Payroll requirements of the business and maximise their benefits :
1 To configure and administer the systems in line with business strategy and the priorities set by the management team
2 Systems analysis and project co-ordination for new contracts, companies and functionalities
3 Data analysis and report writing
4 End user support and training
To configure and administer the systems in line with business strategy and the priorities set by the management team:
* Promoting high level process and HR administration maintaining consistency of approach in system functionality and usage
* Assessing and prioritising requests for change/new functionality/reporting requirements
* Monitoring and maintaining system availability
Working with vendor suppliers to oversee the implementation of technical changes/upgrades
Systems analysis and project co-ordination for new contracts, companies and functionalities:
* Requirements gathering, feasibility study, cost/benefit analysis and specification documents
* Participating in project co-ordination and reporting
* Carrying out data transfer and manipulation
Testing and signing off developments jointly with our clients
Data analysis and report writing:
Data analysis, modelling and reporting through a combination of systems
End user support and training:
* Providing end user support
* Providing guidance and training relating to new users/functionality
Ensuring that user documentation and process maps are maintained and accurate
