Our international client, a leader in their field, are currently looking for an experienced Training Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest growing companies in the UK! The Training Manager will report into the Learning & Development Manager and will be responsible for the entire training cycle ensuring that as well as the following:

* Identify, design, and deliver relevant and up to date training and development programmes at all levels
* Line management of 3 Trainers across a 24/7 function
* Hands-on training of Managers across the department
* Devise and deliver a training and development strategy, in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce to fulfil the development needs of CS and the management development within operations
* Develop design and deliver bespoke Management Development programmes for potential managers, Assistant Team Leaders and Team Leaders
* Manage the training plan against recruitment and development requirements
* To continuously review and update training material aligned to management expectations and performance indicators. Monitoring and reviewing training effectiveness and success for reporting purposes
* Implement effective tracking and measurement systems to evaluate performance of training
* Liaise with external suppliers, e.g. training providers, local colleges etc. to ensure that cost effective best practice training and development activities are achieved across the board
* Identify and assess future and current training needs
* Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
* Manage all in-house training facilities and necessary training equipment
* Research of new educational and training techniques and methods
* To identify development opportunities and coaching needs
* Stakeholder Management – building effective relationships with key stakeholders and be able to communicate at all levels

In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that candidates have a strong operational background in L&D and/or Training within, ideally, a high-volume contact centre environment, as well as the following:

* Extensive experience in an L&D or Training capacity
* Previous line management experience
* Able and flexible to, when required, work across multiple shifts
* L&D, Training or HR related qualifications. Ideally to level 5
