We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for the design, delivery and implementation of inclusion policies, and this will be a high profile role within the business for a career minded individual, working closely with the wider HR team to deliver and review the current strategy and making and implementing recommendations for the future proofing of the business ensuring complete employee engagement.
* Responsible for delivering policy recommendations and the ability to demonstrate the success
* Create engagement policies across the business with tangible results
* Ability to analyst large data sets and interpret data
* Creating engagement surveys and comms suitable across the business
* Diversity and gender pay gap analysis, making recommendations and reporting back into the business
* Ability to drive policies, influence internal stakeholders
* Must be passionate about employee engagement, and inclusion and diversity and promotion across a wide and business demographic
