Our client is looking for a fluent French speaking HR Administrator to join their shared services HR team based in Uxbridge.
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the life cycle from when a new employee joins the organization in France, any internal moves, through to when the employee leaves. The key elements on the operational role are to produce contracts for both internal moves and external new hires, and to ensure the internal HR system is updated accurate and timely manner.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for; ensuring compliance with company procedures and local legislation, the accurate and timely provision of contract production, and the Employee Central system updating of personal data and organizational structure changes. For this element of the role it is essential to build strong working relationships with the internal recruiters, the HR Business Partners and the local payroll teams.
The role will work with a number of technical systems such as Employee Central (Success Factors), Employee / Manager Self-Service, Case Management system, contract generation tool and Recruitment tool. The role may also include project work, coaching and training of team members and translations.
