HR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – BASED IN CITY OF LONDON – 6 MONTH CONTRACT
£17.00-£19.00 PER HOUR
Our client, a leading financial services institution based in The City of London are looking to recruit an HR Document Controller on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months. The role will be office hybrid working with travel to the office expected 2 days per week and 3 days working from home.
Assist or carry out duties as detailed below:
* Preparing, organising, and storing information in digital form.
* Accurately upload, download, store, manage and track employee documents.
* Accurately code and assess quality of document prior to loading to active employee files in DocX, c.800 employees.
* Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
* Scanning any hard copy correspondence held in the office.
* Complete file audits to ensure version control is correct on documentation.
* Audit quality check employee files.
* Work closely with the Senior HR Administrator to collate any training materials and templates to be assessed and stored in a central HR SharePoint.
