Job Summary

We are working with our client in the 3rd sector to recruit an experienced Reward Analyst, to joining their team to support on a pay and harmonisation project. This is a really exciting position and a fab opportunity to work with a great company with a fantastic social agenda.

* Support the pay Framework & Harmonisation project
* Job Family Benchmarking
* Providing research and analysis with commentary
* Delivering insights on the implications of change to shareholders

Desirable skills and attributes:

* Experienced HR Reward Analyst
* CIPD or reward qualification
* Towers Watson job evaluation methodology
