My client, a thriving company with offices in both Central Manchester and London are looking to recruit an Interim Head of Reward a temporary basis for an initial period of 3-6 months. The role will be Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. All equipment will be provided.
Reporting to the HR Director this is a stand alone role where you will take full responsibility for the companies Reward strategy for a population of 1000 employees. You should have experience dealing with board level and executive pay and renumeration, have strong stakeholder management skills and be confident in being the expert point of knowledge for all reward queries from senior management.
