Our Manchester city centre based client is looking for an experience Reward and Pensions manager for a 12month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great and established team supporting the wider business with all Reward and Pension activity. We are looking for someone with a solid and comprehensive understanding of Job evaluation and Salary Benchmarking.

Working in a large Human Resources function, and directly with the payroll team in their modern and attractive offices


Managing a team of specialists responsible for providing advice and support on all areas of reward and Pension policy advice

Reporting into the senior management team, management information

Implementing and driving improvements

Job Evaluation, and pay grading, gender gap analysis

Delivering the reward strategy across the business, leading on the implementation of any initiatives
