Sales Coach ManchesterUp to £35,000 per annum. + £500 per month bonus (OTE £41,000) Job PurposeTo drive and positively influence the performance of the Sales department, through the design and delivery of a bespoke training and development plan, covering all aspects of the BSC and BDM role. Reports to:Sales Enablement & Training Manager Internal & External RelationshipsBSC & BDM Floor Management, Salesforce, Service, Sales Agents Overview:The Sales Coach provides initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by sales agents. They are proactive in the development of materials, content and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both the individual agents and wider department. Day-to-day Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):· Work in conjunction with the Sales Enablement & Training manager to design and deliver the induction training to all new BSC's and BDMs, ensuring they have the knowledge, skill set and motivation to succeed in their role, specifically hitting targets and KPI's.· Work with the Sales Enablement & Training Manager, and Quality & Compliance Assessor to provide coaching and training to all new joiners throughout their Graduation Bay period, to ensure they meet criteria to progress onto the Sales Floor.· Design and deliver a 12-week coaching programme for all new joiners (post-grad) and ensure full adoption from Sales Floor Managers.· To identify trends and individual training needs of Sales agents and effectively communicate these with the Sales Enablement & Training Manager.· Provide training and support to individuals and teams as per the request of the Sales Enablement & Training Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Telesales and Sales Floor Managers.· To design and deliver an ongoing training programme to the sales floor to ensure we have a world-class sales function, including but not limited to; systems, product knowledge, applied sales skills, compliance, and technical knowledge.· To liaise with the Sales Enablement & Training Manager to design and update all training materials in line with business need, and ensure all training material is of a professional standard.· Support in the training and adoption of new product roll outs and version control across the sales department.· Support in the creation of content for the Academy· Support and encourage the adoption of training resources and educational material across the sales department to directly influence positive results.· Work with the Sales Enablement & Training Manager and the Quality & Compliance Assessor to ensure any risks are mitigated through bespoke coaching and training.· To review the effectiveness of Sales training across the sales department through data analysis.· To maintain up to date training records of BSC and BDM agents and review monthly with the Sales Enablement & Training Manager.· Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and provide constructive feedback when identifying key trends or issues across the sales department.
